I can’t think of many things more warming and decadent int he winter than a hearty beef bourguignon! I’ve been making this Julia Childs recipe for years, I tweak here and there but really it’s a winner every time. Serve on it’s own, with mashed potatoes, green beans ro anything that takes your fancy! I absolutely love this dish, it freezes well too so make sure you make extra, the effort is worth it! Make sure you use a good red wine to cook with.. you should cook with what you would drink!
