Burrata makes an awesome appetizer (or dinner) to share. So creamy and delicious, it takes on the flavors you pair with it so well too as they enhance the creamy goodness inside this little ball of joy. I made mine into a fun salad, we had it for dinner one night with toasted bread and a nice glass of red wine! I don’t scrimp on the quality of the burrata, make it the star and spend the extra few bucks for a good one. I shaved some lemon zest and ground up some pink peppercorns to top this one. Pink peppercorns are so floral and delicious, I always wonder why they are not used more! drizzle with EVOO and some really good finishing salt. Its a crowd pleaser on a dinner party night too, who doesn’t love this?
