- Baguette, ciabatta or sour dough
- Olive Oil
- Fresh Garlic
- Fresh Tomato
- Salt
Toast the bread on both sides, drizzled with a little olive oil. While the toast is still hot, rub each piece with fresh garlic, then chop the tomato in half and rub the tomato onto of the garlic rubbed side of toast. sprinkle with a little salt, et voila! The perfect accompaniment to any dish.
